Tuesday, September 2, 2008

Last Tuesday we went to the Dinosaur Museum in Thanksgiving Point after Austin got out of school for the last day of two dollar Tuesday's. It was real packed full. Austin zoomed through the museum until it came to the part were he got to dig and uncover Dino bones. We were in that section for forty-five minutes. The most of our hour and a half was spent there. Austin can't wait for Grandma and Grandpa to come, he thinks there going to take him to the dinosaur park in Ogdan and walk that BIG park. We will see.

Austin's school crafts

Today Austin brought home the Chines flag and the Olympics rings he had colored in school and was happy to show off to me. Austin told me I had to take the pictures right away. I am soooo happy that he is proud of everything he does in school that I have to take pictures, then he tells me I have to please do a quick blog about it to show off to everyone who doesn't get to see his work.

Vampire teeth

Austin got the vampire teeth from Walmart because they were having a early book realize on the new twilight series. Austin doesn't realize that Daddy has thrown they out yet. I'm sure he will throw a fit when he can't find them. We had they for about three weeks, he would wear them and brush they like they were his real teeth. I had a pair when I was younger. I always got a new pair around Halloween.

Austin's Alligator shirt

Austin got a new shirt form his Grandparents when they were in Florida. He got it in the mail yesterday and just had to put in on right away, he even slept in it. I had the hardest time today getting it off of him. He loves getting things in the mail. Every day he asks if anything is for him.

Austin's fish

Austin was so proud to show me the fish he made in school that he asked if I was going to scrapbook it. I told him I would and we finally found the right paper for it. Austin took fifteen minutes the pick out just the right paper. He must get that from me. He has seen me change my mind on paper and what kind of layout I wanted to do.

Mothers of Preschooler day out crafts

These are the crafts that Austin made at our Mother of Preschoolers day out. Austin got upset when we throw out his blue sugar castle. We told him there is no way we can keep them. His hand flower we do still have there is someone who he wants to give it to and that is why we still have it. I will be scrapbooking the pictures. We let him know that and he asked to pick out the paper for them to be scrapbooked on, of course I told him he could.

Austin's Turtle

Today Austin finally got to hold the turtle toy that his grandparents set him. It had to be in water for ten days to grow to it's full size. When I finally gave it to him, he looked at me and said it's not real in a sad voice. I told him there would be no way Grandma and Grandpa could send him a real turtle, it would die on it's way here. Austin said OK but I can play with it right and it's not going to be thrown away. I told him as long as he doesn't leave it laying around the house for the cat's to bite it he can keep it.
